About Us
A tranquil cottage in the heart of North Wales
Bryniau Barn Holiday Cottage features traditional oak beams throughout the cottage providing a cosy feel. The cottage comprises of a spacious open plan kitchen diner and lounge area to the ground floor, a bathroom to the half landing and a gallary style bedroom.
The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful garden and picturesque views with a private patio area to the rear.
Entrance hall
The entrance hallway has plenty of room for coats and boots. It provides easy access to the kitchen diner and lounge, or to the stair to access the bathroom on a half level and double gallery bedroom on the first floor.
Kitchen diner
The kitchen diner is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and washing machine. A good selection of utensils and dishes along with a selection of recipe books will make light of any meal.
Lounge
The lounge has two comfy sofas with cushions and throws for you to relax and enjoy a glass of wine and browse the complementary magazines or guide books and brouchers to plan the next day of your holiday.
The open fire makes the cottage warm and cosy in the evening after a day exploring and perfect for a relaxing break any time of the year.
Bedroom
Upstairs is a gallery style double bedroom (open to staircase above hallway) with an original sloping beamed ceiling. A selection of pine furniture provides plenty of storage. Please be aware there is a low Apex beam in the bedroom all will need to duck under to reach the bed!
The bedroom is light and airy with skylight windows and the bed will be made up for your arrival.
Bathroom
The bathroom sits on a half level and has an electric shower, toilet and sink. Egyptian cotton towels, hand wash and moisturiser are provided.
Patio & Gardens
Although Bryniau Holiday cottage stands adjacent to our home it maintains its privacy and has its own private patio area which is a sheltered spot that gets the afternoon sun until it disappears behind the mountains in the evening, great for a BBQ or to relax and enjoy your favourite beer or wine. You are also welcome to wander around our mature garden and use the various benches to enjoy the peace.
